Main Fire Station

• The Pierre Fire Department's
  main fire station is one of four
  stations that serve the city of
  Pierre. Station 1 was built in
  1951 and houses the PFD's
  administrative offices,
  maintenance shop, Engine 1,
  Ladder 1, Rescue 1, and the
  department command vehicle.
  

Station 2
1415 East Erskine  605-773-7402

• Station 2 was built in 1951 and
  is home to Engine 2 and a
  historic 1923 Stoughton fire
  engine originally purchased and used for many years by the
  Pierre Fire Department.

Station 3
721 North Poplar  605-773-7403

• Station 3 was built in 1976 and
  houses a variety of apparatus
  including Engine 3, Rescue 3,
  one of the PFD's rescue boats,
  & the HazMat response trailer.

Station 4
802 North Pierce  605-773-7404

• Station 4 is the PFD's newest
  station. Station 4 was built in
  1993 and houses Engine 4, Rescue 2, one of our rescue boats, the technical rescue
  trailer, the WUI/hazmat ranger
  and our fire safety trailer.
